Sensors are devices that detect and measure a physical stimulus and convert that measurement into an electrical output signal that can represent the performance, level, or strength of the property. Electrical signal outputs from a sensor can be in the form of a voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, or digital data output. Sensor types include temperature, humidity, level, vibration, pressure, position, force, speed, flow, and optical.

A temperature sensor is a device that detects and measures hotness and coolness and converts it into an electrical signal. It can be used to measure air, liquid, or solid object temperature. Just use a little temperature probe sensor to install in the equipment, to provide real-time temperature measurement, to ensure the best performance of the device. Many pieces of equipment use temperature sensors, like home appliances, automotive, office equipment, agricultural devices, and commercial equipment.

NTC temperature sensor

NTC temperature sensor is a temperature detection component based on a negative temperature coefficient thermistor (NTC thermistor). The principle is to use the characteristic of the resistance value of the NTC thermistor decreasing with the increase of temperature and increasing with the decrease of temperature. NTC temperature sensors can determine the corresponding temperature by measuring the resistance value, thereby achieving temperature detection and control.

PT temperature sensor is a sensor mainly composed of platinum (Pt) metal, and its resistance value changes with temperature to measure temperature (as the temperature increases, the resistance value increases). Common PT100 and PT1000 temperature sensors. Pt temperature sensors have excellent interchangeability and long-term stability and are used to measure stability in air, liquids, or soil. They can be applied in industries such as automotive, industrial, and meteorological.

NTC temperature sensor consists of a temperature sensing element (negative temperature coefficient thermistor), a housing, wires, connectors, and terminals. A temperature sensor assembly is composed of temperature-sensing components encapsulated or sealed in plastic or metal shells, used to measure the surface or internal temperature of air, liquids, or solids. Thermistor temperature sensors have the characteristics of high sensitivity, small size, and fast response, and are suitable for rapid temperature measurement and control systems, such as household appliances, automotive electronics, and other fields

Thermocouple is a temperature-measuring device commonly used in industrial temperature measurement. Its principle is to convert the temperature signal into a thermoelectric potential signal, and then further convert it into the actual temperature of the measured medium through an electrical instrument. It can be used to evaluate multiple fields such as industry, scientific research, medical treatment, and daily life.
